Scheme Overview
Tipperary County Council has appointed GLAS Civil Engineering Limited to carry out a road pavement rehabilitation scheme which also incorporates safety improvement measures.
This scheme is approximately 1250m in length and extends along the N74 through Fr Mathew Street in Tipperary Town. It commences at the Bansha roundabout, including a short section of the N24, and terminates in the vicinity of the 60kph Speed Limit at the eastern side of the town.

Road Works at Junction of Fr. Mathew Street and Connolly Park
On Wednesday 1st October, road works will be undertaken at the junction of Fr. Mathew Street and Connolly Park.
There will be a signed temporary diversion route in place for all vehicles. This closure is to allow for road works at this junction. The Contractor anticipates that these works will be completed in the one day. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
