Scheme Overview
Tipperary County Council has appointed GLAS Civil Engineering Limited to carry out a road pavement rehabilitation scheme which also incorporates safety improvement measures.
This scheme is approximately 1250m in length and extends along the N74 through Fr Mathew Street in Tipperary Town. It commences at the Bansha roundabout, including a short section of the N24, and terminates in the vicinity of the 60kph Speed Limit at the eastern side of the town.

Upcoming Night Works
We will be carrying out night works from Monday the 7th to Friday the 18th of October, on a Monday to Friday basis, from 7pm to 7am. The area of works will be between the Maxol service station and the Dundrum Road junction. These night works are necessary to complete the installation of a new watermain as part of this project. The works are proposed to be undertaken at night to minimize disruption to domestic & commercial water supplies and to minimize disruption to traffic on Fr. Mathew Street.
